Etcheberry Sports most certainly welcomes juniors and youth of all ages to pursue advancing their athletic ambitions. Developing and improving a youth's athletic career revolves around creating a foundation for injury prevention, aerobic fitness, strength, speed, and agility training.
The most important element of our Junior Fitness Program is that the kids have FUN while learning the techniques they need to perform better in the sports they play.
For junior instruction, Pat Etcheberry focuses on athletic coordination, balance, and strength and this will act as a base for new training and learning as the junior progresses at a fast pace. Once fundamentals have been developed, direct application and skill becomes the focus where each individualized program concentrates on moving forward with athletic techniques. Repetition and building upon learned movements and patterns will yield positive results of strength and agility.
As the young athlete matures and grows in stature, strength and ability, your personal coach will take the talents and abilities that have been gained and help you fine-tune them in your particular sport.
Continuous combinations of athletic training and skill will be provided by Pat Etcheberry so that you may be able to master the competition in an effortless fashion!
