Add distance to your drive, lower your score, and play pain-free golf by using our elite training program for golfers of all levels.  The evaluation includes a customized workout program that helps you understand your limiting factors and areas of weakness, while giving you the tools to improve the quality of your golf performance.

During the two-hour one-on-one session, Pat or one of Etcheberry Sports' Performance Coaches will use state-of-the-art Keiser Equipment to test the athlete on their explosive power. Specific tests include grip strength, swing power, rotational (Hip) power, leg strength/power, core stabilization/power, glute activation, and total body power.  Another important key to golf performance is flexibility.  We will test the athletes' flexibility and mechanics through the system designed by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

From these results, the athlete will be guided through the appropriate strength, power, flexibility and conditioning regimens by a TPI-certified specialist. The athlete will receive an individualized plan and prescription based on specific needs and deficiencies.

Tennis players of all levels can improve their speed, agility, and strength while increasing energy system capacity.  Your evaluation includes a customized integrated workout program that helps you understand your limiting factors and areas of weakness. Your individual needs are addressed through stability, flexibility, and strength programs to help you achieve your maximal potential.

During the two-hour one-on-one session, Pat or one of Etcheberry Sports' Performance Coaches will use state-of-the-art Keiser Equipment to test the athlete on their explosive power. Specific tests include grip strength, shot (forehand, backhand, serve) power, rotational (hip) power, leg strength/power, core stabilization/power, glute activation, and total body power.  Another important key to tennis performance is overall flexibility.  We will test the athletes' flexibility and mechanics through our extensive program system.

From these results, the athlete will be guided through the appropriate strength, power, flexibility and conditioning regimens by a USPTA and Etcheberry Sports-certified Performance Coach. The athlete will receive an individualized plan and prescription based on specific needs and deficiencies.
